More Than Certificate 1.0 Expo/Workshop
Mr. Owoeye Omoniyi a final year student of the department of Urban and Regional Planning, Federal University of Technology Akure won the crown at the recently concluded FUTA Expo/Workshop tagged More Than Certificate 1.0 organised by the Technology Park and Incubation Center (Tech-PIC) of the university in partnership with LEAD Transformation Initiative.
Owoeye Omoniyi through his existing enterprise Worldest Mediatech Concepts that is using ICT to fight poverty and inadequate access to information that has become a cankerworm to the continent's development. Omoniyi, Idea Spark 9.0 participant show case various services his enterprise has rendered in education, economic and social sector of his community. He however wow the audience and the judges through his latest innovation called mobile farming. A software application that makes farming activities fun.
Omoniyi therefore received a #100,000 grant and all expense paid business trip to the Republic of Rwanda courtesy of LEAD Transformation Initiative.
